a high dose of branched chain amino acids (leucine,
isoleucine and valine) which may support anabolic
and anti-catabolic mechanisms during and after
exercise. During Exercise, your muscles need
additional fuel including branched chain amino
acids (BCAAs). After exercise, your body searches
for nitrogen to rebuild and repair muscle that was
broken down during intense training. Without
enough BCAAs in your system, your body may break
down its own muscle to find nitrogen for repair.
That's not what you want! What you want is an
anti-catabolic effect (anti-muscle breakdown) and
an anabolic effect, building new muscle tissue
from new nitrogen sources. BCAAs provide a
