Why
is Water so important?
The
Human body is made up of 60% water. The
Human Brain is 75% water!
THAT
is how important his element is to us.
Pure
filtered water is the basis of youth. The
Free Radicals contained in polluted, chemical laden water, when drunk, damages
our bodies and causes our bodies to age rapidly and become imbalanced, setting
the stage for diseases.
Thirst
is not a good measure of how much water you should drink. Thirst is not
perceived until an individual has incurred a water
deficit of approximately 2 percent of body weight!
At
5 percent, muscle strength and endurance declines significantly and you become
hot and tired. When the loss reaches 10 percent, delirium and blurred
vision occur. A 20 percent reduction results in death. There is no more important nutrient for our bodies than water. No other
substance is as widely involved in the processes and make up of the body. Every
day, we lose 2-3 quarts of water through urination, sweating and breathing, so
it is important we replace our fluids regularly to compensate for this loss.
Here
are a few of the vital functions of water in the Human body:

every living cell's processes and chemical reactions
- Aids
digestion and absorption of foods and nutrients
- Transports
nutrients and oxygen
- Excretes
waste products
- Helps
to maintain normal bowel habits and prevent constipation
- Assists
new tissue development
- Lubricates
joints in the body, providing a protective cushion for tissues
- Maintains
normal body temperature. Loss of water through perspiration cools and
prevents the body from building up internal heat (dehydration)
- Contributes
to the proper functioning of enzymes
- Contributes
to the proper concentrations of blood electrolytes
Water
as a Solvent:
Water
is the fundamental solvent for all biochemical processes in our bodies.
Because water is highly polar (has an unequal distribution of charge), it is an
excellent solvent for other charged and polar molecules. Hemoglobin,
carbonates, various proteins, and many other molecules in the body use water as
a solvent. Water easily dissolves and dilutes Chemical and other
pollutants in addition to beneficial ones.
Water
as a Transporter:
Once
a substance is dissolved in water, water becomes very important for transporting
it throughout the body. Blood, which is 83 percent water, transports
oxygen, CO2, nutrients, waste products, and more from cell to cell.
Urine is also mostly water. Another very important transporter, urine removes
waste products from the body. If we don't get enough water and can't
produce enough urine, toxic levels of wastes build up in the body and we can
become very sick or even die. BUT, if we drink water that is NOT PURIFIED
or FILTERED in some way, to eliminate material and chemical pollutants, we are
absorbing those self same Free Radicals directly into our cellular system.
What
can I do to insure I am drinking only pure Water?
The
only way to provide yourself with pure water in these
days and times is by filtering it, treating it with ions, UV or Magnetics.

is a counter top model: Jupiter

home use water ionizer with optional 0.01 micron filter. The Mavello
produces stronger Ionized Water and has more convenient features such as the
ability to change directly from one ionization level to another without having
to go through the other ionization levels. While it does not produce quite as
strong an Ionized Water as the Technos, the mavello
pH and ORP are sufficient levels of Ionized Water to drink. The Mavello
produces Ionized Water that is about 15% stronger than The Technos
because it has an extra electrode within the ionization chamber.
Here

The

This
46" H x 8.4" OD cylinder weighs 104 pounds and produces a flow rate of
15 gallons per minute. It's total capacity is
approximately 1,000,000 gallons depending on the source water. The 1000K can be
installed in a parallel position for higher flow rates and larger piping. These
large capacity systems can be easily installed to handle all of the water
throughout your house. First, raw water flows through a 25 micron pre-filter
cartridge to remove heavy sediment. Then, it enters the distribution tube and
travels through the distribution basket. The water is then dispersed through the
patented Eaglyte media to remove the inorganic
contaminants such as lead and other heavy metals - a function that carbon alone
can not handle. In the second stage of filtering, chlorine and volatile organic
chemicals that produce bad taste and odor are absorbed into a complex maze of
granular activated carbon. Finally, the filtered water exits through a 5 micron
post-filter to catch any fine carbons which could escape the unit in an initial

5-gallon buckets, lids, filters and fittings. The TOP bucket is used for
